- Introduction: procedures commonly used in IPC
- The role and responsibility of the trainer
- Connecting wires by braiding
- Disassembly / assembly of through-hole components
- Chip and Melf components disassembly / assembly
- Disassembly / assembly of SOT and SOIC components
- Disassembly / assembly of J-Lead and QFP components
- Repair of printed circuit boards; repair of solder pads, vias and metallization of holes, tracks, installation of jumpers
- Laminate repair
- Cover layers; identification, removal, repair
- Theoretical and practical exam
The training is intended for individuals
- Directly dealing with the repair of electronics packages made in PTH and SMT technology
- Responsible for training employees involved in the repair of electronics packages made in PTH and SMT technology
